The room was spotlessly clean, without a doubt, had an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The staff there were accommodating and amicable. This reasonably priced hotel had a central setting in a beautiful setting.

The location was marvellous and favourable for visiting restaurants and pubs near the hotel. The venue was 20 minutes drive from the airport. Because of a problem with twin/double room we were upgraded and had a new-fashioned room exactly like in the pictures.

We liked the hotel, it was reasonably priced and exceptionally comfortable and had amazing location so close to the liveliest avenue of Haifa and restaurants and the gardens. The room was brand-new & modern, came with bathroom as well as v good wi fi. The whole experience was great.

Think it's best Haifa's place to stay. I have just returned from a great stay in this trendy boutique hotel, exceptionally clean rooms. Friendly and helpful people are working there. The location is particularly good as it's close enough to fabulous Fatoush restaurant, German Colony and the Bahai- Gardens. There's Falafel Ha'zkenim offering takeout relatively near the venue;)))

The rooms were brand-new and clean as for me, exactly like in the pictures. Location: the hotel was just off the gardens, many bars and the Shrine of the Bab. Had brunch in the Balcon, located nearby...

The hotel had a great location, close to many restaurants and bus stations. The staff was very responsive and helpful, providing all the necessary information in advance. The room and bathroom were clean and modern, with daily towel and toiletry changes. Additionally, we were able to check in early and leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out.

There was a miscommunication regarding the room type, as we thought we booked a 2-bedroom unit but ended up with only one room and an added cot. We expressed our disappointment, but unfortunately, management never addressed this issue during our 6-day stay.

The a single room was spotlessly clean with v good wi fi and coffee, as for instance. The affable and helpful staff made our experience such great. The location was particularly good and excellent, specially it was walking distance to a railroad station which was useful.

We loved the room! It was the perfect size, clean, and had a comfortable bed. the shower was spacious, with soft towels provided. the view from the room was amazing, and the location was excellent, close to restaurants and malls. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and there were no parking problems. excellent value for money.

The room and bathroom were modern, clean, and well-maintained. The owners were responsive and provided helpful information in advance. Early check-in and luggage storage were accommodated. Towels and toiletries were changed daily. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, with many nearby restaurants and easy access to bus stations.

No negatives from this place.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, easy check-in process, great location at the foot of the Baha'i Gardens, spotless rooms, comfortable beds and pillows.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The City Port hotel in Haifa exceeded all expectations. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing fantastic tips for dining, sightseeing, and transportation. Our room was stunning, with big windows and light-blocking curtains. The location was perfect, just 50m from the entrance to the Bahai Gardens in the German colony. The hotel also had a small balcony, and there were plenty of excellent restaurants within a 5-minute walk.

Everything was spot on.
